Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. The fit, material quality and workmanship were excellent. As is noted in the description, it does not come with a liner, but a seamstress would be able to add this if desired though not needed; the material is nice and not see through at all. (I had a lace top I was planning to pair with the skirt, and she has two ivory colors, and I sent her a photo of my lace shirt so she could help make sure we matched with the best of the 2 ivory colors she has).
