BAM! Over a month later I reached out again because I never received my replacement order. I got it on a good sale. This website used to be credible unfortunately they've gone to sh*t. I've ordered from them numerous times in the past and I've never had an issue and if I had I would just called up their amazing customer service. It was supposed to be here yesterday. Thank you! There were some complications with initial price and final price but the necklace itself was great, nice packaging. Surprise! I was worried with so many names it might not come out well but they were able to add all 10 names and it looks great. Responses have nothing to do with what your concern is.
