swisstrax ribtrax Looks like an awesome project! ^ I've had jackshaft door openers in my last three houses, love them. I can attest to flexilla hoses as well.

For the grand finale, I make the garage pop with Obsessed Garage's 4 LED Bulb Fixtures. They will prepare the concrete properly, and mix in the flecks of color(s) well if you want. 
The garage door tracks appear to be modular, using some stock pieces and some custom-bent pieces, so they should be able to be installed to follow any particular interior ceiling/roof line. I went with brindle flake. I did racedeck tile. Woke up this morning one day closer to death. I'm done with the plastic hose reels that leak and eventually fall apart. I am curious about that too -- I was considering a storage lift like that (cheaper than building another garage). I have been able to squeeze a Macan loaner under the lift, but it was fairly close, especially since the floor tiles take away another 3/4 of headroom. Quiet, secure with the deadbolt and very clean. Same problems as Race Deck - dents from jack stands and don't spill any oil or they're permanently stained. It still looks nearly new. garage obsessed I do have those Liftmaster openers (and love them) but my issue is that the tracks for my door (9x7) are only ~ 8' off the floor. Confirmed on another forum and in their financials.
