People working along side you keep from the job becoming to overwhelming so long as each person does their share. After jumping through all their hoops to put in a signed sheet for my availability change form (and working 2 more weeks of shifts OUTSIDE of my availability) for a week i was scheduled within my availability then RIGHT AFTER that, my schedule went back to being outside my availability.
